We are a community-based DAHS provider.
We deliver off-site ISS services that support independence, social connection, and real-world skill development.
Licensed Capacity
Authorized to serve up to 100 individuals in Texas.
Services are delivered in alignment with HCBS settings principles and coordinated with the individual’s service plan.

Coordination line:
Services are coordinated with the individual’s authorized plan (IPC) and do not duplicate in-home or residential supports.
